Upon entering the server
When you enter the SmudgeCraft server you accept the following rules and terms.
While you are a member of the SmudgeCraft service, you must abide by the following rules.
If you break any of these rules, your SmudgeCraft service account, and your right to use the SmudgeCraft service, may be terminated immediately. If this happens, you will not be entitled to any refund of any amounts paid by you in the form of donations to the SmudgeCraft service. All abide by the same rules and you do not become immune to banning by purchasing ranks for real money.
The SmudgeCraft staff may terminate your SmudgeCraft service account at any time without trial.
The term staff is defined as users with the rank of God, Guardian or Prophet.

All transactions are FINAL.
By donating you agree that all donations are final.
This is not an exemption of being banned or remove from the server for breaking rules or misconduct.
If these packages become unavailable, we will do all within our power to bring them back or a like-package will be available.
By paying, you agree that this server is hosted at-will and may be closed and therefore your packages will become null/void.
No refunds will be available in the unlikely event of closure.
